How to support adrenal fatigue

One of the best ways to manage stress outside of good sleep habits, holistic nutrition, avoiding caffeine and implementing mindfulness and yoga, is supporting the adrenals through providing minerals like magnesium.
Magnesium is a co-factor in more than 300 reactions in your body and is one of the minerals that is swiftly ‘used up’ when the body is under stress. Magnesium supplementation and mineral support can alleviate a lot of stress symptoms.
